We’re proudly women-founded, people-first, and committed to keeping things real. As we grow, we’re looking to bring on a Business Development Coordinator to help keep our pipeline thriving and organized.

This is an awesome part-time opportunity for a student or recent grad (business, HR, comms, or marketing) who wants hands-on experience in business development, strategy, and client growth. You’ll work closely with our President and play a key role in everything from lead gen to outreach.

What You’ll Be Doing

Track outreach activities, conversions, and trends to improve our approach over time.

-
You’re curious about how businesses grow and what makes clients say “yes.”
-
You enjoy writing thoughtful, professional messages and know how to keep follow-ups warm but respectful.
-
You’re organized and like keeping track of details (pipelines, timelines, touchpoints).
-
You’re self-directed, resourceful, and not afraid to ask questions when you need support.
-
Experience with any CRM is a bonus—but not required. We’ll train you.
-
You’re based in the Calgary region or Vancouver region, and open to occasional in-person meetups or networking events.
